The Aquila Food Group Holding Company Limited, an investment holding company, is delighted to announce its 3rd acquisition with the latest into the logistics sector with South Wales based TWT Logistics Ltd and her subsidiary, Switch International Trailers (UK) Ltd, based in Andover, Hampshire.
The TWT Logistics Group quickly developed an excellent reputation for handling time critical consignments in the print industry in the late 1980s. As the print industry shrank, the company moved into the delivery of white goods, home furnishings and building products for some of the largest names in these three industries. Now the group move virtually every product that you could imagine delivering 24 hours a day and 7 days a week across the country.
TWT operate from its 5.5 acre headquarters in South Wales with offices, warehouses and a purpose built workshop facility. Switch operate from a three acre road and rail fed site at Andover. The two companies have a superb reputation for service and provide a diversified selection of curtain sided, box van, container trailer, as well as platform trailer deliveries and collections for many blue chip and SME customers. The company operates a 90 vehicle and 140 trailer fleet across the UK with an International office which handles global imports and exports.
